Non-invasive Mechanical Aerotherapie  [ Return towards  Mechanical Aerotherapy  ]

The homecare respiratory support was first applied 50 years ago, in patients with chronical respiratory insufficiency due to a neuromuscular disease or to a pneumonological disorder due to tranchiostomy.  Today the solution of non-invasive Mechanical Aerotherapie, first applied in the hospitals' ICUs adds to the patients' comfort and well-being.

Today homecare employs both invasive and non-invasive Mechanical Aerotherapie, provided that all the necessary specifications are totally respected and the patient is under the strict supervision of the curring doctor.

The  Bi-level positive airway pressure devices and the respirators operate and are constructed in different ways, however they are equally effective.  The choice depends on the kind of respiratory disorder and the overall condition of the patient's respiratory system and is according to the prescription of the curring doctor.  These devices have a 24 hours technical coverage.
